Exchange and Return Policy – HPG

The following terms apply to all return and exchange requests:
First: Return Policy

Customers may return a product within 3 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be in its original condition, unopened, undamaged, and untampered with.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or had their outer packaging removed, for health and safety reasons.

The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all accessories and the original invoice.

Once the return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the customer after deducting any applicable shipping or delivery fees (if any).
Second: Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange a product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Exchange is allowed in cases of order errors, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item.

The customer will bear the shipping cost if the exchange is requested for personal reasons and not due to a company error.
Third: Return or Exchange Procedure

Customers must first contact us via email or customer service to submit a return or exchange request.

After reviewing the request, a pickup appointment will be arranged, or the customer may deliver the item to the nearest authorized shipping center.

The product will be inspected by our quality team to ensure its condition before final approval of the return or exchange.
Fourth: Exceptions

The return and exchange policy does not apply to discounted products or special offers, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.

Products that have been partially used or opened are not eligible for return or exchange.
